MODALITA' DI PARTECIPAZIONE
In order to partecipate online, before and during the auction day, you must register by creating an account on the AUCTION page by clicking on REGISTRATI.
A confirmation email will be sent at your email address. You will need to login "Accedi" in your account and complete your profile with your address and you are requested to upload your passport or identity card on the "Documenti" part. You can also send your passport or identity card via email.
Studio d'Arte Borromeo staff will check that every field is correctly filled in your account and will proceed with the activation.
Per ogni Asta, per la prima volta, è necessario fare richiesta di partecipazione (Registrati all’Asta) ed una volta accettate le condizioni di vendita (due spunte ed una conferma a fondo pagina) il vostro account verrà in automatico attivato per poter offrire online sia durante l’Asta che durante il periodo di Preasta. Vi ricordiamo che tra il periodo di Preasta ed l’inizio dell’Asta ci sarà sempre un’attesa di 30 minuti in cui non sarà possibile inserire le offerte ma allo stesso tempo vi darà la possibilità di aprire il pannello di diretta dell’Asta e controllare che tutto funzioni correttamente.
In order to place Absentee Bids it's mandatory to fill the form: “ABSENTEE BID“. Every part of the form should be filled: personal data, lot number and maximum bid. Only bids equal or higher than the starting price will be taken into consideration. The form “ABSENTEE BID“ must be possibly sent at least 24h before the auction via email at info@asteborromeo.com within a valid Identity Card or Passport copy, you can request to place your bids in the Online System updated in real time.
Please note, you will be notified of a confirmed ABSENTEE BID by an employee of Studio d'Arte Borromeo
In order to place Telephone Bids it's mandatory to fill the form: "TELEPHONE BID FORM". Every part of the form should be filled: personal data, lot number and bids that should be equal to the starting prices, higher bids will be taken into consideration by Studio d'Arte Borromeo Staff only if the staff will be unable to take the telephone conctact. Please note that the subscription of a Telephone Bid implies the acceptance of a bid equal to the starting price for the lots indicated into the form. The form "TELEPHONE BID FORM" should be possibly sent within 24h before the auction via email at info@asteborromeo.com within a valid Identity Card or Passport copy, you can request to place your bids in the Online System updated in real time.

In order to make bids in our auctions, registration is mandatory before the auction starts. By registering for an auction, you accept the CONDITIONS OF SALE and entitles you to an identification number.
